A Portal to the Past

Ephraim, Hebrew for “doubly fruitful,” was founded on the shores of Green Bay in the early 1850s as an expression of religious faith and hope for a better life. And even today, when chic restaurants, swank hostelries and upscale shops are de rigueur for the majority of its neighbors, Ephraim retains its historic etiquette.
